Who is sanctioning this event?
ScrimmageFest 2019 is sanctioned through the U.S. Club Soccer in cooperation with the UPSL and SoCal Futbol Circuit, who are members of U.S. Club Soccer. By sanctioning through a U.S. Soccer Youth Affiliate, clubs, referees and their are insured for injuries during ScrimmageFest (subject to the insurance policies of their sanctioning bodies), regardless of whether those clubs are registered through US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer or AYSO.
Do we need player cards and a roster?
Yes, your team manager should have player cards available and a team roster and medical release forms as required by Cal South/US Youth, US Club and/or AYSO.
Can I bring players that are not “registered” with US Youth, US Club or AYSO?
Yes, but we will need their parents to sign a release and we will register that player under the US Club “tryout” procedure, the cost is $6/player. You can also register that player under US Club for $25, which will be good for the entire year.
How much is parking?
The San Bernardino Soccer Complex charges $10.00 per car to park at the facility. If you choose to park outside the facility, the walk-in fee is $5.00. We highly recommend you park inside the facility.
What is the Refund Policy?
If your
team withdraws from ScrimmageFest 10 days or more before your game date, your
team will receive a refund equal to 80% of what it paid.
If your team withdraws from ScrimmageFest 9 days or less before your game date, your team will receive a refund equal to 40% of what it paid. The balance will be used to pay the referee and provide a pro-rata rebate to the impacted teams.
